This is not a true meditation. Tilly will ask you to sit back, close your eyes, and relax as she quietly converses with you about procrastination and how it stands in your way of true happiness. This is a video that you should sit through and then journal as you listen a second time. This will open up new ways of thinking about tackling those overwhelming projects and commitments. Most of all, you will discover that you were never truly lazy in the first place! Procrastination can trick us into thinking it though!
